In terms of advertising, it's difficult to best Young and Rubicam (Y&R). Founded in 1923 by John Orr Young and Raymond Rubicam in New York City, the agency has been setting advertising standards for close to a century. In a nod to its venerability, Y&R still operates out of its original New York office. However, the agency has global reach as well. It boasts at least one office in each continent of the world except Antarctica (if penguins were consumers, Young and Rubicam would be there too).
