If you really want to sell the idea of opulence, chic and wealth across to an audience without being pushy or cheap, luxury branding is your best bet.
The whole idea of branding is selling an idea in a way that will indulge all the senses to make them connect whatever it is your are branding with the notion of luxury.
In most cases, you will find that the more luxurious or expensive a product is, the more simplistic and minimalist the branding approach becomes. Luxury branding isn't about overloading people with images, colors and information, it's all about letting the brand do all the speaking for itself. These design philosophies usually stay intact in whichever field -- fashion, condiments, beauty, food and beverages --with only exceptions being made when the target audience requires it to do so or if the brand news a fresh look to gain a younger audience.
