Top 100 Mobile Trends in March

Innovative hardware add-ons, unique AI integrations, and plenty of exciting app launches dominated the March 2022 mobile trends.

On the hardware side of things, major brands and new startups got busy this month launching one-of-a-kind products designed to enhance the mobile experience. For example, Otterbox released a new Wireless Powerbank for Magsafe designed to extend the battery life of the iPhone 12 and iPhone 13. Meanwhile, Zagg debuted the Mophie Portable Magnetic Stand, a pocket-sized smartphone stand that weighs only 158 grams.

Elsewhere, a variety of new apps and app features were launched this month, a notable amount of which fell into the dating category. For instance, Bored Ape released the Lonely Ape Dating Club, a dating app dedicated to NFT owners and crypto enthusiasts. At the same time, Tinder launched its new Blind Date feature, which allows users to chat with one another before revealing their profiles.
