Online marketplace StockX launched a shopping app for Vision Pro, Apple’s first spatial computer, and it offers an immersive way to discover new products, shop and browse user-generated content. StockX's user base is primarily Millennial and Gen Z shoppers and it provides them with a new way to experience the best features of the online marketplace, optimized for the Apple Vision Pro’s spatial computing features.
Through the app, users can browse StockX’s full product catalog with eye tracking and hand gestures, and engage with live market data to make informed buying decisions.
"Nothing replaces the feeling of picking a sneaker off the shelf and holding it in your hands, but this new experience comes very close,” said Greg Schwartz, StockX president and chief operating officer.
