Privia Health, a national physician-focused health tech company, has partnered with the virtual pregnancy management platform Babyscripts. The new partnership will see Privia Health offer the Babyscript platform to their providers, allowing physicians working with Privia Women's Health to deliver top-notch remote care to their pregnant and postpartum patients.
In addition to offering these patients remote monitoring solutions, Privia Health will grant them access to the Babyscripts myJourney app, which can be used throughout their prenatal journey and beyond. The myJourney app offers its users custom content regarding nutrition, exercise, and other behaviors to ensure patients have a healthy pregnancy experience.
According to the company, the partnership was motivated by the aim to bridge the "digital divide," reduce maternal health inequities, and improve pregnancy outcomes overall.
