Continuing its meteoric rise to popularity, hot honey has really cemented itself as a fan-favorite flavor this season. Though already a staple in Mexico, brands in the U.S. have only recently begun to use the seasoning to create buzz-worthy sweet-heat products like the Mango Tajin Donut by Randy's Donuts, Tajin Sorbet, and Starbird's new Elote Chop Salad, which features Tajin-spiced tortilla strips.
