The Special Edition Star Wars OREO Cookies have been announced as a collaboration product for avid fans to pick up this spring as a way to celebrate whether they're on the Dark Side or the Light Side.

The cookies feature the signature OREO composition with their crispy cookies and creme filling, but see the cookies emblazoned with the likeness of many popular characters. This includes Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia and Yoda for the Light Side, while the Dark Side has Darth Vader, Darth Maul and a stormtrooper, amongst others. Snackers can twist the cookies to reveal the kyber sugar crystals inside to further draw the correlation to the franchise.

The brand commented on the Special Edition Star Wars OREO Cookies in a press release saying, "Today, the OREO brand, in collaboration with Lucasfilm, announced the release of Special Edition Star Wars OREO Cookies. The two iterations of the Star Wars OREO Cookie Packs are wrapped in identical exterior packaging, but each pack contains a single color creme that symbolizes either the dark side or light side of the Force. Even better? A playful twist: fans won't know what side they're on until they open it!"
