The 2020 food trends feature innovations in the restaurant space, pre-packaged meals, unique DIY kits, and even home gardens that allow consumers to grow their own herbs and vegetables as efficiently as possible within limited spaces.
As a part of a rather strange collaboration, Beyond Meat partnered with Dunkin' to bring consumers looking for another plant-based burger option a sweet twist: the 'The Beyond D-O-Double G Sandwich.' The limited edition menu feature was done in honor of Beyond Meat ambassador and "Dunkin' employee of the month," Snoop Dogg. It comes with a 100 percent plant-based patty, an egg, and cheese—which is all sandwiched between a classic glazed donut that's been sliced in half.
For craft beer aficionados, 'The Beer Pantry' cookbook was launched to help them pair their beverages with fitting recipes. The book features over 75 recipes that are specifically designed to complement different beer types.
