Farmhouse Culture's Kraut Krisps are being reintroduced with a focus on sauerkraut, which is the first ingredient in the recipe before it gets cooked down. In fact, according to the brand, the new and improved Kraut Krisps boast three ounces of sauerkraut baked into every five-ounce bag. Previously, the snacks were made with lab-based probiotics, so this new version of the product is better aligned with consumers who are interested in salty snacks or the benefits of fermented foods, as well as Farmhouse Culture's own mission. As Farmhouse Culture describes, eating its Dill Pickle Kraut Krisps is just like "biting into a crisp dill pickle."
As well as offering its Kraut Krisps in Sea Salt and Dill Pickle flavors, Farmhouse Culture will soon be introducing a Chili Lime variety.
