The importance of physical activity really can’t be stressed enough, but if you dislike going to the gym, or find it hard to exercise at home, fortunately there are a ton of weird ways to work out.
If you don’t want to feel like you’re working out, one of the easiest ways to sneak in some exercise is to combine it with another activity, which could even be as simple as something like sitting on a chair, or playing a video game that requires a lot of movement from the whole body.
If none of these weird ways to work out seem appealing, you could always make up your own fitness workout, like Joanna Rohrback did with 'Prancercise.'
