From At-Home Fitness Furniture to Isolation-Themed Home Decor

These 2020 furniture trends range from at-home fitness furniture to isolation-themed home decor capsules.
As a result of the global COVID-19 pandemic and gym closures, consumers are creating new at-home fitness rituals. One notable example that speaks to an at-home workout shift is 'The Groove' exercise bench, a multifunctional furniture solution that is designed by Hannah Fink. "The bench is focused on the four pillars of fitness including aerobic, strengthening, stretching and balance" and features three resistance levels for varied intensity.
More 2020 furniture trends speaking to the new normal include the Creature Comfort collection, an isolation-themed home collection that is inspired by ongoing social distancing practices and an increase of time spent at home. The furniture line was designed by Justin Donnelly and Monling Lee of Jumbo and consists of five pieces that touch on "the contrast between physical and digital experiences, especially as they began to blend together with the rise of Zoom calls."
