100 Gorgeous Jean-Paul Gaultier Designs

From Lady Gaga Dresses to Androgynous Photo Shoots:

In the battle of the top Parisian designers, it seems that fashion houses like Chanel, Dior and Jean-Paul Gaultier always reign supreme. While the first two brands consistently create some stunning pieces, Jean-Paul Gaultier never disappoints when it comes to presenting beautiful clothing in a shocking way.

The 59 year-old designer has been creating incredible fashions since 1979 and has been the name behind some huge pop culture moments. In 1985 he introduced man-skirts, and created sculptured costumes for Madonna during the 1990s, including her infamous cone bra for her 1990 Blond Ambition Tour. Gaultier also designed the wardrobe for the Queen of Pop's 2006 Confessions Tour.

Jean-Paul Gaultier was also the creative director of Hermes from 2003 to 2010, a title that showcased his versatility and ability to design classic items, as well as outrageous, couture collections for his namesake label.
