Luxury fashion house Gucci collaborated with Connaught Bar mixologist Giorgio Bargiani to create its first collector's cocktail, Elisir d’Elicriso. This new libation was newly unveiled at the Gucci Giardino 25 café and cocktail bar in Florence, Italy and it's also being sold online in the form of a conveniently pre-made, ready-to-drink version.
This cocktail was created to celebrate the Tuscan region and showcase ingredients that are specific to the country. It pairs vermouth and two local liqueurs (Vetiver and N.4 Podere Santa Bianca) with London dry gin, white vinegar and red wine from Tenuta San Guido. Gucci's collector's cocktail gets its name from drops of elicriso (helichrysum oil.)
This luxurious take on pre-made cocktails is packaged in a chiseled glass bottle that would make a standout addition to a home bar cart.
