From Fruit Fusion Beverages to Bubbly Non-Alcoholic Beverages
Laura McQuarrie — June 5, 2019 — Lifestyle
The market for non-alcoholic wine is growing in North America, especially as consumers are inviting low- and no-alcohol products into their drinking rituals. While some brands are infusing their alcohol-free wine products with cannabis, others are exploring non-alcoholic fruit-infused sparkling beverages and even antioxidant-rich water that’s infused with wine grapes. The demand for non-alcoholic wine is also inspiring the creation of wine-like products such as TÖST, a fruity champagne alternative and Rock Grace’s Crystal Elixir, a crystal-infused adaptogenic elixir that resembles a dry rosé wine.
Thanks to the rise of the mindful drinking movement, many bars and restaurants are now serving non-alcoholic beer, yet there is still ample opportunity for non-alcoholic wines to reach consumers through the same channels.
