When the adorable robot takeover happens, don't say that I didn't warn you! Until then, feel free to exclaim "aww" and "that's so cute" to these kid-friendly bots. Adorable robots don't begin and end with R2D2, Bender and WALL-E. There are tons of creative people who are bringing the cute factor to robotic design.
From robotic puppy outfits to plushy robots and even badass robots busting a move, the future is friendly. Some of these designs are purely for visual purposes, while others, such as the language-learning droid or the toilet paper-dispensing robot, have an actual useful purpose aside from making your heart melt -- or at least, that's what the cute robot overlords want you to think.
