Real Life Wall-E is the Battery Powered Version of the Pixar Classic
Christopher DeLuca — July 27, 2011 — Tech
The real life Wall-E is the creation of DJ Sures -- a person who is quite obviously a huge fan of robots. DJ Sures' creation mirrors the robot from the Pixar movie of the same name. This stunning robot is an example how robots could one day change the way humans live by performing a variety of tasks.
What I particularly like about the real life Wall-E is that it brings to mind one of my favorite cartoons of all time: the Jetsons. Hopefully something like this will be out on the market soon.
Implications - Youth consumers are attracted to cutting-edge design that is technologically advanced. This stems from representations of the future in popular media that this group grew up watching. Companies should take this into consideration when creating products for this group.
