NASA's Curiosity Rover may have been launched late last year, but that doesn't mean people can't still celebrate this new era of exploration with the Curiosity Rover Pendant. Nearly a year later, the excitement of what could be found on Mars has not yet died down. People can show their excitement through this unique piece of jewelry.
Designed by Samantha Press of the Etsy shop SamHein, the Curiosity Rover Pendant is pretty impressive. A paper portrait of the rover rests on top of copper shell stones inside a plastic and metal capsule pendant. Made entirely by hand, it was created exclusively for the Chicon/Worldcon art show, which was held during the first week of September, 2012.
