Hoste Cocktails' Mezcal Negroni Uses Tamarind Liqueur & Mole Bitters

The Mezcal Negroni is the third addition to Hoste Cocktails' ready-to-serve cocktail lineup and it mashes up a classic cocktail's bitter, sweet and strong flavors with rich Oaxacan flavors.

"The Mezcal Negroni is a true modern classic cocktail," says Hoste Cocktails co-founder Robert Haynes, "Accentuated by regional elements like mole and tamarind, it takes on a whole new and delicious dimension. Both approachably bold and adventurous, each sip offers the bold native flavors of the birthplace of mezcal."

To bring authenticity to the ready-to-pour cocktail, Hoste Cocktails collaborated with Pablo Jiménez, who created the cocktail program at Oaxacan restaurant Los Pacos. The Mezcal Negroni is prepared with sweet vermouth, tamarind liqueur and mole bitters, and mezcal from Paquera Mezcal.
