'Hopapops' is a New Superfood Snack Made from Popped Lotus Seeds

At Natural Products Expo East, Hopapops shared its unique new superfood snack made with popped lotus seeds. The snack is gluten-free, rich in antioxidants, as well as high in amino acids and vitamins. Additionally, as a nourishing snack, the popped seeds provide three grams of protein and two grams of fiber.
Hopapops are offered in a variety of sweet, cheesy and spicy flavors, including Coconut, White Cheddar, Sweet Heat and Mango Habanero.
