From Hotel Handset Gadgets to Touch-Controlled Hotel Suites

Just as smart home hubs, robots and voice-controlled assistants are becoming prevalent in homes, an extension of this experience is being created in hotels.
Major hotels are currently in the process of adding smart assistants like Siri and Amazon Alexa to suites, which make it possible for guests to execute a variety of hands-free commands to create their optimal level of comfort and service.
While there are plenty of hotels that now give guests the option to check themselves in, others like the Henn na Hotel welcome guests with robot concierges. Robots like 'Relay' are also being integrated into the fabric of hotels, making it possible for guests to easily receive room service orders via the autonomous bot.
