From Voter-Encouraging Lipsticks to Climate Change Clocks
Amy Duong — October 25, 2020 — Social Good
The October 2020 social good trends are dedicated towards numerous causes in a variety of different ways. They include launch campaigns, collaborations, products, and more to bring awareness and profits to those who need it most.
One of the most notable projects this month is by the Lip Bar. It launches voter themed shades that encourage consumers to go out and vote for the 2020 elections in collaboration with Michelle Obama and nonprofit organization When We All Vote. Another great social good example this month is the metronome digital clock in New York City. it is programmed to count down to the time that the globe has left to reverse the impacts of climate change, bringing drastic attention to the issue.
