We’ve all heard that you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover, but it’s not such a bad thing. After all, illustrators and marketers go to great lengths to decorate book and magazine exteriors.
Why should their efforts go unappreciated? Book and magazine covers can also be art or be made into new objects. They can hide things that aren’t printed like Kindles or personal treasures or computers. So, if you want to break the rules and judge a book by its cover, go ahead. We won’t tell.
