The May 2022 world trends were dominated by new travel-related innovations, exciting resort and cruise deals, and a variety of luxury luggage launches. Of course, these all point to what has been the welcomed return of global tourism following years of disruption due to the pandemic.

As a result, luxury resort and cruise launches make up a significant portion of the trends included in this list.
