Pepsi Dig In is returning to Las Vegas, bringing Pinky Cole Hayes’s Slutty Vegan to the Strip for the first time. Starting September 21, the 'Restaurant Royalty Residency' will "feature limited-edition dishes from six Black restaurateurs at Mandalay Bay’s Libertine Social and Luxor’s Public House." Highlights include the debut of 'Slutty Vegan’s Fussy Hussy burger,' a plant-based patty with pickles, vegan cheese, and more.
Additionally, five other chefs will showcase their signature dishes, such as 'Bourbon Chicken Lollipops' and 'Crawfish Beignets.' The event will also introduce four exclusive cocktails crafted by mixologist Tiffanie Barriere, including the 'PEPSI Wild Cherry Margarita' and 'STARRY Shimmering Martini.'
Furthermore, attendees "have the chance to win a trip for two to Las Vegas by posting a video of their favorite hometown dish on Instagram." In the meantime, free 'Pepsi Zero Sugar' will be available at participating restaurants during the residency. This initiative is beneficial as it introduces diverse and exclusive culinary experiences while fostering community engagement through unique events and opportunities.
