As a winery that's only been in existence since about 2004, designer Peter Gregson was put to the task of creating a fresh identity and unique wine bottle for the winery's range of products. As a result, the new design brands the Djurdjic Winery as simple and bold.
Each of the wines is differentiated by a single color, featuring a colored wrap that covers most of the bottle. The one bottle that varies slightly from this look is the Black Knight Bermet, which adopts graphic black and white stripes.
Just as this winery had the freedom to start with a blank slate for branding and packaging, well-known brands like Coca-Cola are also following suit in favor of minimalism. Recently, the soda brand unveiled red cans that went without its familiar logos.
