This Soup Illustrations packaging scheme was not created for a client and nor for a course at the German student's university. This project was a personal one and the just-for-fun incentive is written all over the product wrappers.
Guilherme de Bernardo S. was seeking simplicity and a little relief from some of the intense classes that he was taking at the time. He was inspired by life's basics that keep us alive and well, choosing the subject of soup to begin his design. The four popular flavors of pea, beetroot, carrot and chickpea were given lovely cartons with endearing branding.
Soup Illustrations packaging features the characteristic color of the primary ingredients, making every box visually pop. The delicious recipe extras like mint, cream and additional green peas were cartooned playfully on the fronts.
