VBites, the UK-based vegan food brand, recently announced it will be launching its premium vegan cheese line to North America. To increase production for its expansion, VBites purchased a 200,000-square-foot factory and is planning to add another 370,000 square feet.
The company was founded by British vegan media personality Heather Mills and boasts over 130 plant-based products and over 80 international awards. “After a lot of hard work perfecting the texture and taste, we’ve finalized the recipes and we are excited to hear what people think,” VBites said.
The premium vegan cheeses launching in North America are soy-based and include flavors such as Hard Italian, Blue-Style, Edam, Mozzarella, Red and White Cheddar, and Pepperjack. The plant-based cheeses are a great alternative to make pizza, pasta, lasagna, mac and cheese, or salad.
