Swedish plant-based foods company Veg of Lund is the parent company of DUG Drinks, which makes alt milk and smoothies with a base of potatoes. The company's potato ice cream combines potatoes, rapeseed oil and a vegetable protein emulsion for a smooth and creamy alternative to dairy.
