Caribou Coffee, the national premium coffeehouse, recently expanded its portfolio through a new strategic partnership with JUST Egg to introduce fully plant-based food offerings. The new JUST Egg™ Roasted Tomato & Pesto Flatbread is available now for a limited time at Caribou Coffee locations nationwide. The new time is served warm on a folded flatbread and features JUST Egg, Violife dairy-free smoked provolone cheese, with roasted tomatoes and vegan pesto.
