K-Studio and Studio Bonarchi have created Kalesma Mykonos, a boutique resort opening in Mykonos in 2021. This luxurious Mykonian hideaway blends a traditional Mykonos ethos with a modernist sensibility. Completed with 25 rooms and two villas, Kalesma is an intimate space where the spirit of community and village life is felt. The design draws inspiration from local Mykonian life - village life. The designers and hotel owners created a laid-back, simple, and community-like space - mimicking true Grecian life.
This intimate destination comprises a series of whitewashed structures and is surrounded by a rocky landscape and a deep blue sea. Each suite has an unobstructed view of the water below. Kalesma Mykonos is where the vernacular is experienced, traditions are passed on, and optimal relaxation is reached.
