The Egeo Greek restaurant in Valencia recently got a brand new look from interior design studio Masquespacio. The firm sought to create a synergy between modern chic minimalism and traditional Greek architecture. The result sees “3D-printed ‘broken’ columns,” which add a sculptural element to the ambiance, as well as deep blue accents. Masquespacio utilizes the off-white color, alongside the pangs of blue. In so doing, the firm embraces “a color palette that is reminiscent of many Greek houses.”
Another place where Masquespacio embraces the traditional Greek aesthetic for the Egeo Greek restaurant is the bar, which was “designed to recreate the atmosphere of a bustling market where you might order traditional souvlaki from a mobile vendor.”
Egeo Greek is a chain, however, this is the first location for the restaurant in Valencia.
