Beavertown Brewery Launches Ghost Hard Seltzer Range

Craft beer maker Beavertown Brewery has announced the launch of Ghost hard seltzers, the brand's first foray outside the beer category. The new lineup will consist of eight fruity flavors with ABVs ranging from 2.5 to 8.0%.

The new line is being positioned by the company as its natural, vegan. and gluten-free beverage option that boasts a clean label and low-calorie count. With zero grams of sugar, cans of Ghost start at as little as 46 calories per 330ml serving. As a result, they should appeal to those on diet or looking for a clean drinking option.

Flavors such as Raspberry, Lemon, Tropical, and Peach are all offered at varying alcohol percentages -- a unique feature that is key to the line's appeal.

“With four different ABVs, Ghost is perfect for any occasion, whether sipping on a school night or before a big night out. Looking for something to accompany you on an afternoon walk in the park? It’s the 2.5%-ABV​ can. A catch-up after work calls for the 4%​ ABV option, whilst a big weekend get-together needs the 5.5%​-ABV seltzer," said a spokesperson from the company in a recent press statement.
