The Ketel One Urban Garden Collective is set to open in just a few days in London as the city's first "clean air bar."
While there are plenty of dingy bars and pubs with dark atmospheres that cater to evening crowds, this new pop-up bar at No 29 Power Station West will distinguish itself as an airy, plant-filled sanctuary. The clean air bar is set to be filled with plants that NASA has recognized as the best for removing airborne toxins, such as the Golden Pothos, Boston Fern and the Rubber Plant.
An intriguing, interactive element within the space will be the "living garnish wall," which provides drinkers with the chance to pick their own basil, mint and rosemary garnishes to enhance their drinks. Additionally, Ketel One will be offering gardening masterclasses to inspire visitors to grow their own herbs at home.
