On Twitter, Budweiser recently changed its name to "beer.eth," signaling that there would be a special drop to follow in the form of beer NFTs. The beer brand recently introduced its own Budverse Cans to the Opensea marketplace featuring one-of-a-kind designs created from archived photos, ads and designs that tell the brand's story over time.
The Budverse Cans Heritage Edition includes 1,936 Budverse Cans and this number was intentionally chosen to pay homage to the original 1936 iteration of the iconic Budweiser can. There are 36 Etherum-based tokens in the now sold-out collection that are identified as Gold for their rarity, while the others exist within the Core tier.
These non-fungible tokens invite users into the Budverse, which is described as the "best beer community in the metaverse.”
