From Online Vows to Virtual Vacations

It’s astounding how far technology has come in the last few years. Now more then ever, the Internet is used for simple day-to-day tasks such as online clothing and grocery shopping or connecting with friends via Facebook and MySpace. But the Internet is quickly evolving to include nearly all of our daily tasks.
Imagine planning a funeral, taking a vacation, scrapbooking, panhandling, and even learning to drive--all online. Not only are all of the above activities possible, they are currently all available on websites.
You may never have to leave your house again. Instead, you can just sit back, relax and enjoy some virtual star-gazing curled up on your couch.
