With the rise of the foodie movement and consumers always craving a taste for the latest and greatest products, brands have stepped up with a myriad of inventive edible advertising experiences—including top food and beverage companies, as well as a few other unexpected brands looking to provide a rich sensory experience.
To awaken the taste buds of consumers and tap into a desire for nostalgia, Kellogg's, Peter’s Cold Brew and Oreo all created fully edible vinyl records with cereal, coffee and cookies, respectively.
As well as creating fun products for consumers to get their hands on, brands are also developing elaborate billboards, art installations and interactive, edible galleries. Both Pringles and Bombay Sapphire created a unique flavor experience in the form of vapour clouds that provided just the scent, flavor and essence of their products.
