In order to appeal to the next generation of consumers, cars are being equipped with advanced biometric features for reducing stress, increasing security and ensuring overall wellness for those being carried by a car. In addition to looking more closely at the needs of the human body, a number of other designs are embracing biomimicry. This pattern can be seen in the tortoise-shaped EDAG Genesis, the hedgehog-inspired i Gel full-body airbags and the Subaru Impreza Sedan concept, which takes inspiration from a hawk.
