Yamaha has released details for two ambitious new design concepts for Yamaha 3-wheelers, both based on the Tricity architecture. The two vehicles comprise the road-ready 03GEN-f and the dual-purpose cross 03GEN-x. Even though both these design concepts are based on Tricity, they are quite different in nature. This speaks to the endless design possibilities of Yamaha's Leaning Multi-Wheel system.
The first Yamaha 3-wheeler on the books is the 03GEN-f, which visually expresses a futuristic feel and Yamaha's raching-heavy image. Meanwhile, the 03GEN-x offers more of a dual or cross-functionality theme, with a traditional off-road design that harkens back to the days when roads weren't paved.
