LinkedIn has joined TikTok and in the UK, it is launching a workforce campaign to encourage youth to look for employment. In partnership with the platform's CareerTok community, LinkedIn is kicking off #TheTeammates campaign featuring conversations about mental health in the workplace.
With the help of eight content creators on TikTok, LinkedIn will be recognizing that young people are just entering the workforce, finding their footing in a hybrid world and they are needing some extra support. The campaign helps people share the highs and lows of their experiences over the last year and as Conor Bolton, international head of social media at LinkedIn said in a statement, "Navigating the modern world of work, particularly when splitting your time between the office and home, can be tough—and sometimes you just need to hear a word of support or a nugget of advice to pick you up and keep you on track.”
