When it's so easy to do an online search for wildlife photos and get millions of results, it's easy to forget that one in three animal species are at risk of extinction. To help bring this thought to the front of people's minds, the Miami Ad School in Mexico City created the 'Shutter Out of Stock' campaign for WWF and Shutter Stock.
Shutter Out of Stock will involve beautiful photos of animals taken by world photographers and they will be available online for purchase. However, there's a catch—the quantities of each animal photo will be limited to the actual number of that kind of animal that remains on the planet and once it's sold out, the photo will go "out of stock." To restock, people are encouraged to make a donation to the WWF to show that these disappearing animals can't be brought back so easily.
