The new Strawberries & Cream Tarts consist of mini strawberry and cream sponge cakes layered with strawberry jam and fondant icing, with red sprinkles on top. On the other hand, the new Birthday Cake Tarts consists of mini vanilla sponges layered with plum and raspberry jam filling, fondant icing, and rainbow sprinkles.
