Here’s a truth bomb: I haven’t watched a full commercial in over a year and I’m probably not the only one. The Sprint 'Desperate Housewives' commercials, a collection of commercials created from a collaboration between Sprint and the people behind 'Desperate Housewives,' aim to combat our society’s lack of commercial-viewing by offering viewers a commercial that looks like it could be part of the show.

The idea is smart and it just may work especially given the fact that the Sprint 'Desperate Housewives' commercials are written and directed by 'Desperate Housewives' employees. The video here is the first of seven, which in one fell swoop promotes the racy feel of the show and a Sprint product.
