The groundbreaking 12-week study examined how different aspects of an individual's life affect exercise result, ultimately concluding that sleep coaching can, in fact, improve athletic performance. For example, the research pointed at an improved metabolic threshold by 29.8% in people that underwent sleep coaching and only 16.2% in the control group.
