Folks Craft Brewery Celebrates Sharing Beer Across Cultures

Folks Craft Brewery had its branding and packaging created by the Holic Design Studio with a particular focus on the many was that people enjoy beer around the world.

On each craft beer bottle is a depiction of a pair that is enjoying a pint of beer together. From bottle to bottle, the characters vary slightly to represent people from the countries that match brews like the Irish Red Ale, English Porter or the Indian Pale Ale. Part of the reason that the brand chose this celebratory imagery is that it believes: "We are living the most plural generation in history. The blend between young people with different cultures, styles and beliefs shows that expressing differences is more interesting than neutralizing them."

There are several new projects across the beverage industry that aim to spread diversity and tolerance. Among them are ALI COLA's skin tone-colored soda collection and Bionic Brew, which features text in both Chinese and English.
