Palmini makes pasta substitutes that are low in carbs, sugar-free and all-natural, thanks to sustainably harvested hearts of palm. Alongside its classic linguini-style noodles, the brand also offers lasagna sheets that can be used as a low-calorie, plant-based base for a comforting meal.
Although Palmini does look a lot like pasta, the brand notes that "Palmini is not pasta and will never taste exactly like pasta," especially when it is eaten straight out of the can. However, the brand goes on to say that when the product is properly rinsed and prepared with a classic sauce, "the resemblance to genuine pasta is undeniable. So much so, that some people actually believe they are eating pasta."
