The 'Happy Surprise' is a commercial put out by Nissan Japan, that's all about a little boy showing his mother just how much he loves her and appreciates all she does.
The commercial begins by having the mom and son get into a car, where she's led to believe she'll just be participating in a stunt to promote the Nissan Dayz Roox. In a sense she is, but the commercial is much more heartwarming than the average auto advertisement.
Along the drive, the woman is directed along the road by surprise guests like her husband and daughter, who "in no possible way would be out there." Finally, the mom drives to a stage, where her son performs an absolutely charming song, thanking her for smiling, despite all the trouble he causes her.
