Alter Eco, which is known for its organic, non-GMO, certified fair trade and responsibly packaged chocolate products, is preparing to debut its Grass Fed Milk Chocolate Collection at the 2020 Winter Fancy Food Show. In this new collection of chocolates, there are three products: Grass Fed Milk, Grass Fed Milk With Salted Almonds and Grass Fed Milk With Rice Crunch. Each of these bars is said to share a rich and creamy experience thanks to 46% Peruvian cocoa sourced from fair trade farms that rely on restorative farming methods.
While many consumers are familiar with seeing grass-fed meat or dairy products in stores, this collection of chocolates offers a sweet way to appeal to the ingredient-conscious individual.
