Google Search Allows Users to View Shoes from All Angles
The newest Google Search feature appeals to sneakerheads as the search engine has now incorporated augmented reality to help with sneaker shopping in the comfort of one's own home. It is using this to show a 360-degree view of shoes and this was first showcased during the Search On event that took place back in September.
Users are able to zoom in on the details, spin the sneaker around, and also use the technology to visualize what it would look like in their own space from the camera. Currently, this is able to view three dimensional visuals of shoes from brands including Vans, Merrell, Sperry, and Saucony with plans to add more brands in the upcoming future.
