This incredibly stylish and contemporary furniture collaboration is executed in partnership between architects Kersten Geers and David Van Severen — who collectively form Office KGDVS, and artist Pieter Vermeersch. The collection constitutes an ombre-accented, semi-circular wall divider, a fluorescent floor lamp, a mesh-style curved outdoor sofa, and a steel-based table. Each product in the furniture collaboration captures attention as the form and the design connotations are impeccably executed by Office KGDVS and Pieter Vermeersch. The divider and the sofa are a particularly potent example of this. While the beige-to-pink gradient is a playful element, the mesh-like silhouette of the seating infuses the collection with an industrial vibe.
The pieces are on show at the Brussel-based Maniera gallery and they mark the institution's fifth anniversary.
