Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin Now Comes in a New Fruity Expression

Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish gin with Brazilian pineapple is being added to the distiller's spirit portfolio to provide consumers with a decidedly fruit-forward option for their favorite cocktail recipes.

The spirit was created after founder PJ Rigney was inspired after a trip to Natal, Brazil where e was introduced to Brazilian pineapples during the Carnival celebration. The spirit is thus flavored with the traditional Oriental botanicals and gunpowder tea alongside a vapor infusion of Brazilian pineapple with grapefruit and lime for a decidedly fruit-forward flavor. The sprit is slated to start rolling out in the US starting September 1, 2024 for $37 and features a 43% ABV.

Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish gin with Brazilian pineapple is packaged in the brand's signature beveled bottle that puts green and yellow hues in the spotlight to pay homage to the namesake fruit.
